Acousmatic music composed from natural landscape sounds (the forest, the sea), animal sounds (birds, mammals), elemental sounds (water, wind), and symbolic electronic sounds… These sounds, once transformed using various electroacoustic means, are projected in a triptych of playful interrelations to compose “an organized assemblage whose model is rooted in the history of painting: the invention of landscape” (Daniel Deshays, our translation). Here, one can hear inhabited landscapes.

Paysages [Landscapes] was realized in 2016 at Musiques & Recherches’s Métamorphoses d’Orphée studio in Ohain (Belgium) and was premiered on March 23, 2016 as part of the concert ÉlectroBelge presented at Espace Senghor in Brussels (Belgium).
